Notice Regarding COVID-19

Due to the impact of COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing delays. We promise to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We welcome you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. We thank you for your patience and hope that you stay safe.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

BeautyHive offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (excluding taxes). For orders under $99, the shipping rates will vary based on order size and location but will be calculated during checkout before placing your order.

Orders placed with Standard Shipping can be expected within 2-3 business days in the eastern U.S., and within 3-4 business days in the western U.S. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available.

BeautyHive is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Processing Time

Weekday orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00pm ET will process and ship out the same day. All other orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by close of business Tuesday. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 1 business day.

Shipping Address

BeautyHive ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. BeautyHive does not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Confirmation

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from BeautyHive. This email will include a copy of your order, your tracking number, and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.

Order Tracking

Order tracking is available for most orders; however, this may vary depending on your location. Please note that tracking information availability may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.

Hazardous Materials

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). Hazardous Materials include items that are pressurized or flammable. The USDOT requires Standard Ground Shipping of these items.

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
