Bio Ionic Tool Warranty

At Bio Ionic's discretion, Bio Ionic will replace any dryer, styling iron, curling iron, or curling wand within and subject to the warranty timeframe and provisions specified below for each appliance, if it is defective in workmanship or materials.

Please Note: Products must be registered within 30 days of purchase date to validate warranty. REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT HERE.  

Products must have been purchased from an authorized Bio Ionic distributor, and original proof of purchase must accompany your claim. Proof of purchase from any unauthorized sellers or online merchants will not be accepted.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Neglect or lack of proper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse and abuse such as dropping, incorrect voltage supply, or neglect of safety precautions
  • Tampering such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party
  • Damage to cord
  • Tampering with or misuse of transformers, voltage converters, plug adapters, or with alternative power supplies internationally
  • Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained, misused, abused or involved in accidents or natural disasters
  • Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product
  • Damage occurring during shipment of the product (contact us if that happens)

TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

You may complete and submit a warranty claim directly on Bio Ionic's website. First you must register your product. If you already have registered your Bio Ionic appliance, log in to your account and go to My Registered Products. From that page, you can select “File a Warranty Claim” for any eligible product.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIO IONIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state in the USA and Canada.
